We're open to the public for walk-in purchases and In-store pickup Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am - 4 pm.  

Shipping

We subsidize shipping on orders over $50 and offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.

We ship by  UPS and the USPS and we'll email you tracking information when your order ships.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please take pictures and contact us immediately.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our concern and we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Coffee and other food items cannot be returned.

Unopened non-food items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping). Please contact us within 15 days of receiveing your order to request a RMA.

Depending on their condition and the condition of their packaging, open items may be subject to a restocking fee of as much as 30%.

We roast, deliver and ship Cafe Carioca, our signature espresso coffee, on a continuous basis and we service and repair hundreds of commercial, office and residential espresso machines each year. 

We're a Mom-and-Pop business and we're fortunate to have long and well-established relationships with our customers, suppliers and even competitors. Very lucky. We've watched our customers grow and age (and ourselves along the way). We've seen single locations expand into chains. We've survived disasters and pandemics and we've helped our customers and competitors do the same. We've watched highways expand and airports remodel. We've seen grandchildren become coffee drinkers and parents.  

We're fortunate to enjoy the simple pleasures of small business. Sharing great coffee with our friends, making someone happy with a quick repair, keeping a shop's machine in tip-top condition. Delivering great coffee.
