Shipping
Can you ship to a PO Box?
We can, but only for coffee and small items. We ship larger items like coffee machines and grinders via UPS and FedEx - these companies can not deliver to USPS PO Boxes.
Will all of my packages ship using the same shipping method?
Not always. We constantly try to minimize shipping costs and shipping time, so our choice of carrier may vary.
My carrier's tracking Information says my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
This can be stressful, but it's often not a big deal.
First - Confirm we're on the same page. Double-check the tracking number and the shipping address. Look behind the bushes and ask the other people in your home/office/building. A surprising number of deliveries turn up this way.
Next - we live in a confusing world. Sometimes packages are carried by one company and handed off to another for delivery. "Delivered" can mean "Delivered from UPS to USPS and waiting for USPS to deliver". Relax and read your tracking information carefully.
Finally - Contact us. We're here to help. We'll contact the carrier on your behalf and do our best to resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.
